Dan Realty Group is seeking a dedicated team member to join us in the Black River Falls area. We are searching for a full-time, highly motivated agent to manage transactions mainly within Jackson County and surrounding areas such as Clark and Trempealeau Counties. This position offers a six-figure earning potential for individuals who desire structure, mentorship, and a clear, reliable path to financial success. Agents who have been with our team for over three years consistently earn more than $100k, with many reaching $150k to $200k+.

Please note, this is a 100% commission-based role with no guaranteed base salary.

• Respond to and convert inbound leads
  Your income grows as you master follow-up systems that put you in front of ready buyers and sellers.
