Responsibilities

  • Graduate from the elite PLACE Launch onboarding program.
  • Execute established, high-yield weekly lead generation and prospecting systems.
  • Hold a minimum of two strategic open houses per month to generate new client opportunities.
  • Master both sides of the transaction: consult with buyers/sellers, secure agreements, and negotiate contracts aggressively.
  • Track client pipelines, tasks, and sales activities flawlessly using proprietary PLACE technology.
  • Commit to your own development via weekly team trainings, partner calls, and script mastery sessions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Must hold or be fully willing to obtain a Missouri Real Estate License (we can guide you through the fast-track process!).
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset with an intrinsically motivated work ethic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy building rapport and solving problems.
  • Highly coachable, accountable, and eager to learn new systems and models.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet clients during peak evening and weekend hours.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

$32,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
