Position Overview

As a New Construction Real Estate Agent, you will act as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, developers, construction crews, and sales teams. Your goal is to provide outstanding client support, build strong partnerships with developers, and help grow our builder division.

• Manage the buyer’s journey from contract to post-closing, ensuring clear communication and a stress-free experience.
• Coordinate inspections, final walkthroughs, and warranty support.
• Serve as the liaison between sales, construction, and buyers, ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Oversee quality checks, identify issues, and ensure prompt resolution before closing.
• Educate buyers on warranties, homeowner manuals, and post-closing expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with current developers and work to establish new partnerships.
• Contribute to the long-term vision of expanding Story Home Group’s builder division.

$95,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
