About the Opportunity

Your real estate business should be more consistent than it is.

If you’re licensed, working hard, and still experiencing unpredictable closings, a reliable pipeline and disciplined follow-up process can make the difference. Beckman’s Real Estate Team provides agent opportunities, coaching, and proven tools while you develop your own sphere and referral-based business.

We serve buyers and sellers throughout the Flathead Valley. This opportunity is well suited for an agent who is prepared to prospect consistently, learn the local market and inventory, provide excellent client guidance, and track the activities that lead to closings.

Rewards

• Proposed annual earnings: $150,000–$250,000, commission-based and dependent on production. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Commission splits will be discussed during the interview.
• Reported team results: Our team reports average agent take-home earnings of $125,000–$250,000 based on the results of previous agents. Individual earnings vary.
• PLACE opportunity model:
• Associate tier: 13–24 units per year, with access to a stock purchase plan and revenue share.
• Partner tier: 25–48 units per year or $250,000 in GCI, with access to a subsidized health care plan and the Partner Mastermind Group.
• In-house marketing and design support, listing presentation resources, PLACE development, and Brivity tools.
• Daily live professional development through PLACE, along with weekly team coaching.

• Represent buyers and sellers from first conversation through closing

Work team-generated opportunities and build your own database, sphere, and listings

Price, stage, and market listings with our in-house marketing team

Negotiate offers and manage transactions with our support staff

Track activity and pipeline in our CRM; attend weekly coaching and trainings

Active Montana real estate license

Production history preferred, but we care more about coachability and follow-up discipline

Full-time commitment - this is a career, not a side license
