Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions from first consultation through closing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, market updates, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market analysis to help clients make informed decisions when buying or selling.
  • Utilize provided leads and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and convert opportunities into closed deals.
  • Coordinate with administrative and marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and polished listing presentations.
  • Attend regular team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions to support your ongoing development and business growth.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and industry regulations to provide expert guidance to clients and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

  • A licensed real estate agent (or in the process of getting licensed) who’s ready to grow a business with intention and support
  • strong communicator—someone who listens deeply, asks the right questions, and knows how to build trust quickly
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a hunger to learn, improve, and take ownership of your success
  • Naturally curious and resourceful—you’re not afraid to ask for help, dive into training, or try new approaches
  • Comfortable with lead follow-up and prospecting—you see it as opportunity, not a chore

Compensation

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
