• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the real estate buying or selling process.
• Conduct property showings and provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to effectively market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through coaching, training, and professional development opportunities provided by our company.
