Most newly licensed agents spend their first year struggling to find their footing in a "sink or swim" environment. We believe there is a better way. We are looking for an ambitious, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Agent Apprentice. This is a comprehensive, hands-on role designed to move you beyond the theory of the licensing exam and into professional mastery of the entire real estate lifecycle.
From conducting deep-dive discovery sessions and property evaluations to learning the strategic marketing and negotiation skills required to sell a home, you will develop a 360-degree understanding of the craft. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a license; we want someone ready to build a lifelong career on a foundation of expert knowledge and total client care.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
