• Engage with new leads daily via phone, text, and email
• Host open houses, conduct consultations, and show properties
• Write, submit, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Manage transactions with the help of our admin and marketing team
• Participate in team events, training, and local community activities
• Follow proven systems to build your database and repeat business

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License (Required)
• Desire to work full time and grow long-term
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Coachable and willing to implement proven systems
• Reliable transportation and smartphone

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
