Our agents access in-house marketing, industry-leading technology, revenue sharing, health insurance options, and leadership development tracks from the start.
Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch; this is your foundation, and it's non-negotiable
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems every week, without exception
- Convert and follow up with Zillow Preferred leads promptly and professionally
- Consult with buyers; convert with signed buyer agreements and identify the right homes
- Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes with professionalism and precision
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients with confidence and care
- Demonstrate growing expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and listing services
- Convert prospecting activities into scheduled appointments consistently
- Conduct two open houses per month
- Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call
- Commit to your weekly 1:1 coaching session and all scheduled trainings
Qualifications
You're new to real estate, but you're not new to working hard. You connect with people easily, communicate with honesty, and don't fold when things get uncomfortable. You take feedback seriously and act on it. Online leads like those from Zillow move fast and you're someone who responds with the same energy. You're not looking for a role that's easy, you're looking for one that's worth it.
- Active real estate license (or actively working towards it)
- Some background in sales, customer service, or client-facing work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
- Organized with strong time management habits
- Growth-minded and genuinely coachable
- A team player who takes the work seriously
Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
