• Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals to deliver personalized real estate solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate property showings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and marketing professionals to support clients throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and enhance Hokanson Realty’s market presence.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, advisory, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Southern Oregon
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management role
• Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic advice to clients
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one promptly
• Proficient in real estate software and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required
