Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Portland area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate solutions.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all interactions are professional and informative.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes in all transactions.
- Collaborate with a network of industry professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the Portland real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
