Responsibilities

  • Source & Qualify Leads: Identify property leads that fit our buying criteria through outbound calls, lead nurturing, and networking.
  • Make High-Volume Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential sellers daily to generate new leads and build relationships.
  • Build Rapport & Negotiate: Connect with property owners, understand their needs, and present win-win solutions.
  • Analyze Property Value: Use market data, comps, and research to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Set & Attend Appointments: Conduct property walkthroughs and make compelling offers.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track leads, follow up consistently, and update our CRM system.
  • Close Deals: Work with sellers to finalize contracts and facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • A Natural Salesperson: You have a proven track record in sales, love talking to people, and aren’t afraid to ask for the close.
  • Goal-Oriented & Driven: You’re motivated by results and have an unwavering commitment to hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Resilient & Coachable: You embrace challenges, learn from feedback, and constantly improve.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized: You can efficiently manage leads and follow-ups using a CRM system.
  • Real estate, outbound sales, inside sales, or acquisitions preferred but not required.
  • Must have a smart phone, laptop, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Compensation

$85,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
