Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
You are a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and helping others find solutions. You communicate confidently, handle challenges well, and are committed to excellent service.

- Licensed real estate professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
