Job Summary:

The Co-Living Property Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple co-living properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. The role involves a blend of administrative tasks, tenant relations, and property maintenance, with a strong emphasis on creating a vibrant community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

1. Property Management:

   - Oversee the daily operations of co-living properties, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.

   - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all areas are well-maintained and meet company standards.

   - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate necessary repairs and improvements.

 

2. Resident Relations:

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

   - Facilitate community-building activities and events to enhance resident engagement and foster a positive living environment.

   - Ensure effective communication between residents and the management team.

 

3. Leasing and Administration:

   - Handle leasing processes, including showings, application reviews, and lease signings.

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all residents, leases, and property-related documents.

   - Collect and process rent payments and manage lease renewals.

 

4. Compliance and Safety:

   - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

   - Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure living environment for all residents.

 

5. Budget Management:

   - Assist in creating and managing property budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.

   - Provide regular reports on property performance and financials to senior management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field, preferably with co-living or multi-family properties.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and safety standards.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.

 

Education and Experience:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred is ideal, but not required.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM)) are a plus.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related role is ideal, but not required.

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
