What You’ll Receive

A dedicated team behind every transaction. As a Production Partner, you’ll work alongside a Real Estate Advisor on both buyer and seller transactions, rather than handling deals independently. With specialized support from roles such as Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager, you can concentrate on building client relationships, attending showings and listing appointments, and learning the business from the ground up.

Meaningful mentorship and hands-on coaching. Every Production Partner is paired with a Real Estate Advisor who is invested in your growth. You’ll receive weekly coaching, ongoing training, and 24/7 access to the team for questions, encouragement, celebrations, and problem-solving.

Lead generation and marketing support from day one. Our lead-generation system includes sphere outreach, open houses, prospecting, listing opportunities, and online inquiries. You’ll also have access to Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and a Touch Program that helps you stay connected with your network. We’ll help you build effective prospecting skills through proven tools, training, and support.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
