You have the opportunity to learn from and grow alongside a producing Lead Agent while building a business of your own. As a Production Partner, you'll be in the field every week: showing homes, attending inspections and walkthroughs, and generating your own leads. Every Production Partner supports buyers and works their own pipeline. Full Production adds the listing side on top of that, and the Lead Agent chooses which scope fits their business. We provide the models, systems, coaching, and accountability through our GROWTH Group program. You bring the will and the follow-through. An active Missouri real estate license is required to apply.

• Set up and run buyer showings, then give the Lead Agent clear feedback after each one
• Attend home inspections and final walkthroughs
• Follow up on open house leads and host open houses
• Circle prospect around active listings
• Call into the lead pond and work your own sphere of influence

Full Production also includes:

• Being on site for listing photos
• Installing the yard sign and lockbox
• Attending the appraisal and termite inspection
• Generating leads for both buyers and sellers

• Active Missouri real estate license (required)
• Willing to prospect by phone and in person every week
• Available evenings and weekends for showings and open houses
• Strong follow-up habits and fast, accurate communication
• Coachable and committed to growing into a full producing agent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
