As a Production Partner, you’ll follow a proven path supported by established models, systems, tools, coaching, training, and accountability. You’ll collaborate with an experienced agent to develop your skills, expand your career, and provide essential support to their business.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Strategize with team and sales agent to ensure business goals are met
