A Production Partner helps a lead agent serve buyers and sellers through showings, feedback, inspections, listing-side support and final walkthroughs, while generating your own business through open houses, follow-up and your sphere. We serve the Flathead Valley from Kalispell.

This is a licensed, client-facing role for someone who is organized, responsive and ready to learn the work behind consistent production.

Rewards

Proposed annual earnings: $125,000-$200,000, commission-based and dependent on production. Classification: 1099 independent contractor. Split structure discussed in person at interview.

Work alongside an established lead agent once the team confirms sufficient pipeline; no immediate earnings or assigned volume is guaranteed

Daily PLACE training, weekly coaching, in-house marketing and design support

PLACE describes a career path through agent and partner tiers; advancement or a future team is not promised by this posting

Run buyer showings and deliver sharp showing feedback to your lead agent

Attend home inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs

Support the listing side: attend listing photos, place sign and lockbox, and handle assigned listing-side appointments

Generate your own business: open houses, circle prospecting around listings, database follow-up, your sphere

Track everything in our PLACE-powered CRM; attend team trainings and coaching

Active Montana real estate license

Reliable, responsive, and organized - a lead agent's clients are trusting you on their biggest purchase

Comfortable with high showing volume and lots of driving
