• 🎓 Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program.
• 🏡 Partner with the sales agent to guide clients through home tours and property searches.
• 📝 Provide thorough written feedback to help confirm or refine each client’s home-buying criteria.
• 🤝 Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• 📞 Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation.
• 🗣️ Participate in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards.
• 👥 Engage in team activities, weekly one-on-one coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls, while tracking all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
