• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in the Alpharetta area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
• Provide expert guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including potential clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
• Tech Savvy or willing to learn the systems and Platforms
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be a team Player and attend Meetings, Call Nights, Sales Meetings and Zoom Calls
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
