Become a Key Player at The Artisan Group, powered by PLACE and Keller Williams Premier Realty, as an Outbound Sales Assistant and help us expand our presence throughout Colorado and beyond.

In this position, you will take charge of outbound communications by reaching out to potential clients, homeowners, and previous leads, creating fresh opportunities for our real estate team. Serving as the initial point of contact, you’ll engage in meaningful dialogues, identify client needs, and pave the way for our agents to cultivate strong, enduring relationships.

This role is more than just a typical call center job—it’s an exciting opportunity for someone confident on the phone, highly organized, and passionate about building connections. We provide comprehensive training, effective scripts, and clear daily objectives to support your success. While most responsibilities can be completed remotely, candidates must reside in the U.S. (with a preference for Colorado) to attend occasional in-person training sessions and team meetings.

• Conduct outbound calls to generate and nurture leads
• Engage potential clients with professionalism and warmth
• Identify opportunities and schedule appointments for agents
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly outreach goals
• Yes, the majority of this job will be calling cold prospects so you must have the ability to create rapport quickly.
