Join The Artisan Group, powered by PLACE and Keller Williams Premier Realty, as an Outbound Sales Assistant and play a key role in expanding our presence throughout Colorado and beyond.

In this position, you will spearhead proactive outreach efforts by making outbound calls to prospective clients, homeowners, and previous leads to create new opportunities for our real estate team. You will be the initial point of contact, initiating meaningful conversations, identifying client needs, and paving the way for our agents to develop strong, lasting relationships.

This is not a typical call center role—it’s an exciting growth opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and passionate about building connections. We provide comprehensive training, effective scripts, and clear daily objectives to support your success. Most of the work can be completed remotely; however, candidates must reside in the U.S. (preferably Colorado) to attend occasional in-person training sessions and team meetings.

• Conduct outbound calls to generate and nurture leads
• Engage potential clients with professionalism and warmth
• Identify opportunities and schedule appointments for agents
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly outreach goals
• Yes, the majority of this job will be calling cold prospects so you must have the ability to create rapport quickly.
