Please note: This position is entirely commission-based!

• Nurture and transform inbound sales leads into scheduled appointments
• Identify and engage outbound sales prospects to secure appointments
• Assess leads to determine motivation and financial readiness for real estate agents
• Maintain and update the database along with tracking productivity metrics
• Dedicate time to enhancing skills through training and script rehearsals
• Develop expertise in the local real estate market
• Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, group Hangouts, and Partner Calls

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and thrive in people-focused environments
• Driven by a passion for sales and converting prospects
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-up routines
• Committed to collaboration and achieving team-based objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in telephone communication
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Quick learner with the ability to effectively memorize and apply scripts

• Minimum of a high school diploma

$25,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
