The Moscoso Group is hiring an Operations Manager to own and run the operational backbone of the business. This role is responsible for executing, maintaining, and improving the systems that support listings, marketing, payments, and internal workflows, allowing leadership to focus on growth, sales, and strategy.
This is not an Executive Assistant role. It is a systems-driven operations role designed for someone who thrives on ownership, clarity, and building structure that scales. This is an in-person role and requires regular on-site presence to effectively manage operations, coordinate with the team, and support day-to-day execution.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 - $90,000 USD, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day business operations using documented systems and SOPs
- Execute and maintain workflows related to listings, marketing, vendors, and internal coordination
- Ensure systems are pressure tested for scalability and onboarding as volume increases and team grows
- Ensure work moves forward without unnecessary leadership involvement
- Oversee listing operations post-handoff from agents
- Coordinate with the Listing Manager and Marketing to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met
- Enforce listing marketing selections as agreed at intake (no midstream changes without approval)
- Manage vendor payments and approvals within defined budget thresholds
- Follow existing SOPs as written
- Identify friction points, inefficiencies, and gaps
- Document improvement recommendations and implement approved changes
- Maintain and improve operational documentation over time
- Maintain weekly operational cadence (checklists, trackers, reviews)
- Monitor capacity and flag risks early
- Protect leadership time by resolving operational issues independently whenever possible

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Administrative experience. Operations or real estate operations experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
