You’ll lead our team of virtual assistants, collaborate with key departments, and take ownership of creating and improving the systems that keep our business running. You’ll hold people accountable—kindly but firmly—to the processes you help put in place. You’ll think strategically, act decisively, and solve problems before they become roadblocks.

Responsibilities

Operations Leadership:  Lead and manage, and hold the operations team accountable,  providing guidance, direction, and support.

Technology & Systems Integration: Maintain and improve operating systems leveraging  technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Planning:  Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze operations team performance, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

Well-Organized Work Environment: Manage day-to-day office functions including facilities, calendars, office supplies, and communication systems. 

Event Planning: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of internal and external events and meetings.

Qualifications

The right candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or business management
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and follow-through
  • A systems-first mindset—always looking to build, refine, and improve processes
  • Experience managing virtual or remote teams is a plus
  • Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Self-motivation and follow-through—you don’t need to be micromanaged
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and tools
  • A calm, steady presence in fast-moving environments

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
