Executive Support to the Team Leader You are the operational right hand to our team leader. You prepare agendas, organize priorities, manage the calendar, and make sure she walks into every conversation and meeting ready to lead. When she is set up to perform at her best the whole team moves forward.

Client and Transaction Support Our team leader is active in sales and her clients deserve a seamless experience. You will support her client communication, manage timelines, coordinate appointments, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are the behind the scenes reason her clients feel taken care of.

PLACE Systems and Technology Own the backend of our business. Learn and master the PLACE platform and become a true expert in the technology that runs our team. Attend ongoing PLACE Operations consulting sessions and implement what you learn. You are the person who knows where everything lives and makes sure nothing gets missed.

CRM and Database Management Keep our CRM clean, current, and working. Build and maintain systems for information management, internal communication, and central database management. Create and maintain the team's operations manual that documents all systems and standards so the business runs consistently regardless of what the day brings.

Lead Source and Pipeline Oversight Monitor our active lead sources, track what is working, and flag what is not. Create and maintain company status reports and tracking. You are not just maintaining systems — you are paying attention to them. If something can be optimized you bring the idea. We want someone who thinks like an owner not just an operator.

Talent Attraction and Recruiting Pipeline Implement talent attraction systems and Power of Moments campaigns. Keep job postings active, monitor applications, organize candidates, and make sure the recruiting pipeline stays warm. Growth requires a constant flow of great people and that pipeline needs someone owning it every single day.

Marketing and Mailer Execution Execute the team leader's marketing vision — mailers, listing launches, social content, and event promotion. Bring your own ideas when you see an opportunity. We want someone who cares about the brand and wants to make it better.

Field and Event Support Show up where needed. Signs, open houses, listing photos, team events. You are flexible, resourceful, and unphased by whatever the day requires because being the backbone of a growing team means being present wherever you are needed most.

You are an organized, methodical and driven professional with a servant leader's heart. Systems are your jam -- creating them, implementing them, refining them. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work and your ability to serve others. You are an empire protector focused on protecting the time and financial resources of top producers.

Technology and Systems

• Comfortable with Google Workspace — Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Sheets
• Social media and basic content creation experience a plus — Canva, Meta, Instagram
• Genuine interest in AI tools and emerging technology that improves team efficiency
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and become the internal expert on them

Skills and Attributes

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self directed — you manage your own time and your own accountability
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation — field work is part of this role

Licenses and Certifications

• Arizona real estate license preferred — or willingness to obtain within agreed upon timeframe
• Not required but candidates with an active license will be given preference

$45,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
