This role requires active involvement in both the Listing and Closing Departments, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the full real estate transaction process and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team’s overall performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and regularly update comprehensive company status reports and tracking systems.
- Design, implement, and manage all operational systems related to transaction coordination, internal communications, information management, central database administration, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding the progress of their transactions.
- Support the Listing Agents and free them up from administrative work.
- Supervise all contractual processes from initiation through closing and listing launch.
- Establish and maintain the team’s operations manual, documenting all procedures, systems, and standards.
- Lead the training and professional development of operations team members.
- Develop and oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate operations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Adaptable and flexible in response to evolving business needs

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth

Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
