Responsibilities
- Create and maintain company status reports and tracking
- Enter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.
- Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
- Partner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.
- Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
- Create and maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team.
- Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns.
- Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
- Become an expert of the PLACE Technology.

- 10+ years’ real estate operations experience preferred
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$65,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly
