Responsibilities
- π‘ Host a minimum of 3 weekends of open houses per month with Saturday and Sunday availability
- π Follow up with open house leads and nurture your database
- π― Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
- π§ Participate in script practice, trainings, and team activities
- π€ Build relationships with buyers and identify their real estate goals
- π² Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with leads and clients
- π Track activities and contacts through team technology systems
- π Commit to growing your business through consistency and accountability
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a strong desire to grow. You enjoy meeting new people, building rapport quickly, and creating opportunities through conversations and follow-up. Compensation
$31,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
