This is a 100% commission role for a high-performer who wants to build a high-six-figure business using a proven, step-by-step map. We provide the listings and a proprietary execution playbook—you provide the energy, the grit, and the relentless action. Job Responsibilities

• The Playbook Execution: Owning the full "Open House" cycle. You don't just "show up"; you drive the entire process from initial prep to the final closing.
• Strategic Outreach: Engaging the neighborhood and your database through high-volume calling and professional door-knocking campaigns to ensure every event is a success.
• Field Networking: Identifying and connecting with local homeowners and other real estate professionals to establish yourself as the authority in the area.
• Lead Capture & Qualification: Managing the event experience with high intensity, ensuring every visitor is properly vetted, captured in the CRM, and followed up with immediately.
• The Conversion Blitz: Following our specific post-event map to turn weekend conversations into signed listing and buyer agreements.

• Active Real Estate License (Required): You are a professional who treats their license like a business asset.
