We are seeking a motivated Team Partner, Owner & Operator + Licensed Real Estate Broker to lead and expand our operations, and eventually take over ownership. • Collaborate closely with the team to manage daily operations and ensure seamless workflow
• Oversee property listings, marketing strategies, and client communications to maximize sales opportunities
• Grow the company and your own team with the help & guidance of experienced owners.
• Utilize real estate expertise to guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue
• Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms for clients and the company
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to enhance brand reputation

• Valid Washington State Real Estate Broker License required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in residential real estate sales or brokerage
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in the WA area
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated leadership and business management capabilities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous professional development and industry education

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
