• Complete the PLACE Launch Program to kickstart your success
• Execute weekly lead generation and follow-up systems
• Consult with buyers and sellers to secure signed agreements
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through every step of the transaction
• Track all leads, appointments, and activities in Brivity CRM
• Host at least two open houses each month
• Convert prospecting efforts into listing/buyer appointments
• Stay sharp with weekly script practice and team trainings
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and partner calls
• Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, staging, and marketing
• Actively contribute to team culture and growth goals

• Active Washington real estate license
• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Growth-minded and eager to learn
• Comfortable with scripts, dialogues, and role-play practice
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Team player with a service-first attitude
• Tech-savvy and willing to master CRM and lead systems

$85,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
