We seek a dynamic and motivated leader to guide and elevate our premier real estate team based in Seattle. The ideal candidate is committed to continuous professional development, embraces accountability, and is enthusiastic about cultivating a successful and respected career within the real estate sector. Possession of a valid real estate license is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from Real Estate School
- Execute proven lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in KW Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.
- Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions.
- Excels in prospecting and generating leads.
- Naturally adept at handling objections.
- Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service.
- Collaborative team member
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Eager to learn and focused on growth
- Highly organized
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Outstanding time management abilities
Compensation
$125,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
