• Previous experience in sales is highly advantageous, as it provides valuable skills that can contribute to success in this role; alternatively, a background in teaching is also considered an excellent foundation due to the strong communication and instructional abilities it develops.
• Candidates are required to hold an active real estate license by the time they begin employment; however, it is acceptable to be currently enrolled in licensing classes during the interview process, allowing for flexibility in timing.
• It is essential that applicants reside within the Indianapolis metropolitan area and possess in-depth knowledge of at least one specific local community, enabling them to establish themselves as a trusted and knowledgeable local real estate expert.

$45,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
