Responsibilities

New Agent Opportunity

  • Complete PLACE Launch: Gain essential skills for success.
  • Execute Lead Generation: Implement PLACE's systems weekly to build your client base.
  • Consult with Buyers & Sellers: Convert leads into signed agreements and listings.
  • Negotiate Offers: Represent buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.
  • Use PLACE Technology: Track tasks and activities for efficient management.
  • Host Open Houses: Conduct two per month to engage potential buyers.
  • Convert Leads to Appointments: Turn prospecting efforts into client meetings.
  • Participate in Script Practice & Team Activities: Improve skills and collaborate with the team.
  • Commit to Coaching & Training: Stay focused with weekly sessions and learning.
  • Market Listings: Advise on pricing, staging, and selling strategies.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional, or enrolled in school
  • 1+ years’ of customer service, sales or relationship management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
