Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch and training program
- Execute weekly lead generation activities (calls, texts, database engagement)
- Practice and improve scripts through weekly training and role play
- Respond to and engage with online inquiries (including Zillow Preferred opportunities) in a timely, professional manner, with the goal of converting conversations into appointments
- Consult with buyers and begin converting to signed agreements
- Shadow and learn how to consult with sellers and win listings
- Track all activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of four open houses per month
- Convert prospecting efforts into appointments
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Call
- Participate in team meetings and accountability standards
- Continuously develop skills in pricing, negotiation, and client communication
Qualifications
You don’t need years of experience; but you do need the mindset to build something from the ground up.
You might be a strong fit if you:

- Have experience in sales, customer service, or a people-focused role
- Are comfortable talking to people and building relationships

This role is best for someone who is ready to work, learn, and stay consistent, even when results take time.
Compensation
$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
