In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead agents by conducting property tours, maintaining regular and clear communication with clients, and guiding buyers through every phase of their home purchasing journey.

This opportunity provides practical experience, personalized training, and a well-defined pathway to advance into a full-time Buyer’s Agent role.

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
