The Angela Thompson Group of Keller Williams Pinehurst, powered by PLACE, is looking for a motivated Showing Assistant/Buyer’s Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our lead agents by showing homes, communicating with clients, and guiding buyers through every step of the purchasing process. This position offers hands-on experience, personalized training, and a clear growth path to becoming a full-time Buyer’s Agent. • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
