What We’re Looking For

• Newly licensed (or about to be licensed) in Maryland
• Strong work ethic + coachable mindset
• Great communicator who enjoys helping people
• Motivated to grow quickly and take action daily

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs and preferences
• Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with the Live Frederick Group team to achieve sales targets and professional growth

• Valid real estate license in the state of Maryland
• Recently licensed or within the first year of obtaining real estate license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of real estate principles and practices
• Proficient with technology, including MLS systems and real estate software
• Willingness to attend training sessions and company meetings
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional ethics

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
