We’re looking for a driven, experienced real estate professional to head up our expanding portfolio of new construction communities in Star, Meridian, and Middleton. These projects are ramping up quickly, and we need a leader who can take charge during the pre-construction phase and help us build out a high-performing sales team as model homes and inventory come online.

In addition to this leadership role, we are also preparing to bring on 2–3 seasoned new home sales agents to serve as on-site specialists once communities launch. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow alongside some of the fastest-growing developments in the Treasure Valley.

What You’ll Do as a New Construction Specialist

• Represent multiple new home communities from dirt to close
• Serve as the main point of contact with builders, developers, and city officials
• Guide buyers through the full new build process—lot selection, upgrades, timelines, and final walk-through
• Deliver accurate updates on pricing, builder incentives, and construction progress
• Conduct model home tours, walk-throughs, and on-site consultations
• Partner with our in-house marketing team to drive traffic and generate interest
• Leverage full operations, marketing, and transaction support so you can focus on clients and closings
• Mentor additional agents as new developments go vertical

• Coordinate with builders and developers to gather detailed information on new construction projects, ensuring clients have access to up-to-date information.
• Conduct property tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of new builds and providing insights into the construction process.
• Stay informed about market trends and emerging developments in the real estate industry to better assist clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

• Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Passion for new construction and a keen interest in the real estate market.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in technology and comfortable using real estate software and tools.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
