Agents With A Smile at Keller Williams Realty Boise is expanding our footprint with multiple new developments in across the treasure valley. We are looking for a seasoned professional who knows how to run point, build trust with builders, guide buyers with confidence, and lead a growing sales force as these communities come online.

This is a strategic role for an agent who wants to elevate from individual production into visible leadership while staying rooted in the work they enjoy. You will shape the launch, growth, and long term success of our new construction division.

Your Role

• Represent multiple communities from preconstruction to close
• Act as the direct contact for builders, developers, and municipal partners
• Manage lot releases, pricing updates, incentives, and construction timelines
• Guide buyers through selections, upgrades, financing paths, and expectations
• Host model home tours, on site consultations, and milestone walkthroughs
• Work closely with our marketing team to generate traffic and convert interest
• Leverage our operations and transaction support so you stay focused on clients
• Mentor, train, and help staff two to three on site agents as the pipeline grows

• Guide clients through the entire new build process, helping them understand the benefits and features of newly constructed properties.
• Coordinate with builders and developers to gather detailed information on new construction projects, ensuring clients have access to up-to-date information.
• Conduct property tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of new builds and providing insights into the construction process.
• Stay informed about market trends and emerging developments in the real estate industry to better assist clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

• Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Passion for new construction and a keen interest in the real estate market.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in technology and comfortable using real estate software and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
