We are looking for a driven and seasoned real estate professional to lead our expanding portfolio of new construction communities in Star, Meridian, and Middleton. As these projects advance, we need an energetic leader to oversee the pre-construction phase and assemble a high-performing sales team as model homes and inventory become available.

In addition to this leadership role, we plan to recruit 2–3 talented new home sales agents to serve as on-site specialists once the communities open. This is a rare chance to grow alongside some of the fastest-growing developments in the Treasure Valley.

Your Responsibilities as a New Construction Expert

• Represent multiple new home communities from groundbreaking through closing
• Serve as the main point of contact for builders, developers, and local officials
• Guide buyers through the entire new build process—including lot selection, upgrades, timelines, and final walkthroughs
• Deliver timely and accurate updates on pricing, builder incentives, and construction progress
• Lead model home tours, walkthroughs, and on-site client meetings
• Partner with our in-house marketing team to increase traffic and generate leads
• Leverage comprehensive operational, marketing, and transaction support to concentrate on client relationships and closings
• Mentor and train additional agents as new projects move forward

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

• Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Passion for new construction and a keen interest in the real estate market.

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
