Responsibilities
- 🏡 Assist buyers throughout the entire home buying journey, ensuring all contracts are accurately completed and providing expert guidance on property choices
- 🤝 Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiations to achieve the most favorable terms
- 📋 Maintain comprehensive and current records of all transactions and client communications using Commentary CRM
- 📨 Ensure timely submission of all necessary paperwork to the office to support seamless operations
- 📞 Proactively follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed appointments
- 🎓 Participate regularly in webinars and training programs to enhance professional expertise
- 📈 Work closely with sellers to obtain listings and create effective marketing strategies
- 💡 Provide knowledgeable advice on pricing, staging, and other critical listing preparations
- 🏠 Plan and host monthly open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers
- 🔍 Dedicate consistent weekly time to prospecting and cultivating new client relationships
- 🚀 Operate with strong self-motivation and independence while leveraging ongoing company support
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must hold a valid Idaho real estate license and demonstrate a solid history of sales success. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and dedication to ongoing growth.
- 🏅 Valid real estate license with at least 3 years of sales experience
- 📈 Consistent achievement of a minimum of six transactions per year
- 🗣️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$45,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
