Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed
  • Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s leads
  • Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers
  • Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod
  • Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners
  • Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)
  • Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)
  • Active or eligible NMLS license
  • Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refi)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
  • High integrity, strong communication skills, and team-first mentality

This is not a training role.
This is a growth and leadership role.

Compensation

$100,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
