We are seeking an experienced, high-achieving Mortgage Loan Officer who desires more than the standard desk role and compensation structure. This role is ideal for an MLO who sees the future of lending as relationship-driven, integrated, and referral-based—not merely transactional.

You will work hand-in-hand with a well-established PLACE-powered real estate team that consistently delivers inbound buyer and seller leads, values speed, transparency, and an exceptional client experience, and seeks a long-term mortgage partner rather than a revolving roster of lenders.

Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed

Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team's leads

Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers

Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod

Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners

Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing

Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)

Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)

Active or eligible NMLS license

Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refi)

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful

High integrity, strong communication skills, and team-first mentality

This is not a training role. This is a growth and leadership role.

$100,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
