Responsibilities

  • Originate and manage a varied portfolio of residential mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners to drive new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with potential borrowers to evaluate their financial status and loan eligibility.
  • Offer expert advice on loan products, interest rates, and the mortgage process to ensure a seamless and transparent client experience.
  • Work closely with underwriters, processors, and team members to guarantee all loan documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most relevant information.
  • Engage in networking events, community outreach, and marketing efforts to boost the profile of ROC Real Estate Partners and grow the client base.

  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from pre-approval to closing.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products and terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lending partners to drive business growth.
  • Assist in marketing efforts and community outreach to promote mortgage services and generate leads.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to all parties involved throughout the mortgage process.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
  • NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration required.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and assess risk.
  • Proficient in mortgage software and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and customer service orientation.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
