We equip our first-year agents with a robust suite of systems, strategies, tools, and mentorship, enabling them to potentially earn up to $144,000. The primary hurdle is identifying individuals who are committed to working hard and fully embracing our proven methods. We're on the lookout for motivated, energetic professionals prepared to dedicate a full 40-hour week to forge an exceptional real estate career, aiming to profoundly impact their clients' lives.

Our team stands as a dominant force in Western Pennsylvania and across the state, boasting an impressive record of over 200 home sales per year for the past three years. This year, our ambition is to reach 350 sales, and we need your assistance to achieve this ambitious target. The influx of leads has created an urgent need for an agent dedicated to our NE PA clients. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in team activities (all virtual and in person)
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • 1099 Position - Commission Based

Compensation

$35,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
