• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, photos, and virtual tours to showcase real estate listings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and client engagement.
• Manage and maintain the company’s digital media library, ensuring all content is organized and up-to-date.
• Edit and enhance raw footage and images to meet the Misty Sold Team’s branding and quality standards.
• Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule and capture property shoots in a timely manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve content creation strategies.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns to support sales and marketing initiatives.

• Proven experience in media content creation, preferably within the real estate industry
• Proficiency with video production tools and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and graphic design
• Ability to create engaging and high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to effectively showcase property features
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and audience preferences
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating previous media content projects, especially in real estate or related fields
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest media creation technologies and industry best practices
