• The Blueprint for Success: Consistently high-volume daily outreach.
• The Reward: Your income is uncapped. Top-performing agents in this role typically see 3–5 closed deals per month.

Job Responsibilities

• Building Momentum: Engaging in high-volume outbound outreach (100+ conversations/day) to identify motivated sellers and buyers through expired listings, FSBOs, and off-market opportunities.
• Mastering the Craft: Refining your communication skills to navigate gatekeepers, handle objections with grace, and turn a "maybe later" into a "let's meet."
• Setting the Stage: Qualifying lead motivation and scheduling high-stakes appointments that lead to successful closings.
• Owning the Pipeline: Meticulously managing your database and CRM so that no opportunity falls through the cracks and your follow-up is relentless.
• Driving Growth: Creating wealth through high-activity production.

Job Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License (Required): You are a licensed professional who treats your desk like a business.

$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
