Responsibilities
- Successfully finish the PLACE Launch training program
- Execute weekly lead generation strategies using PLACE systems
- Guide buyers through the process, obtain agreements, and identify suitable homes
- Negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
- Record all activities and tasks within PLACE Technology
- Conduct a minimum of two open house events monthly
- Convert prospective leads into scheduled appointments
- Participate in weekly script rehearsals and collaborative team sessions
- Engage in weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Counsel sellers, secure property listings, and promote homes effectively
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, home staging, and listing presentations
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
