We are looking for driven, ambitious individuals willing to commit 40+ hours a week to build a limitless career in real estate. Our agents make a significant impact on clients' lives, whether it's assisting a single mother in purchasing a $200,000 condo or securing a $1,000,000 listing. Instead of selling just 2-3 homes in your first year, our first-year agents typically earn between $70,000 and $120,000, with experienced agents exceeding $200,000. What You’ll Do: 

• Execute lead generation activities consistently every week
• Conduct a minimum of 8 open houses monthly 
• Make prospecting and lead follow up calls for 2 hours daily
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities & meetings
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, morning Power Ups, and a weekly Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiating and other listing related services
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Skills You Have:

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional (or plans to become one)
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded, and organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
• Excellent time management skills 
• Motivated to build a business with excellent income opportunities

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
