Responsibilities
- Deliver sharp, strategic feedback after every showing — clarity drives results, especially at the luxury level.
- Commit to 10+ focused hours of lead generation each week — no fluff, just high-quality conversations that move the needle.
- Show up ready for daily script practice — iron sharpens iron, and top-tier agents don’t wing it.
- Stay fully engaged — trainings, events, and culture aren’t optional. They’re what set us apart.
- Lock in your non-negotiables: weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and morning stand-ups — because growth doesn’t happen by accident.
- Keep your pipeline clean and dialed-in — track your activity and results daily. Pros play the numbers.
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- Real Estate License Required
- 1-3 Years sales experience preferred
- Positive, happy attitude
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
