Responsibilities
- π Complete the PLACE Launch program
- π Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- π€ Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
- πΌ Negotiate offers effectively for both sellers and buyers
- π Monitor and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- π Host two open houses each month
- π Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- π Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- π€ Participate actively in team events and initiatives
- π Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
- π‘ Consult with sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
- π‘ Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
