Responsibilities
- 🎓 Complete the PLACE Launch program
- 📈 Utilize PLACE lead generation weekly
- 🤝 Assist buyers, secure agreements, and locate properties
- 💼 Negotiate offers for clients
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate records with PLACE Technology
- 🏠 Host two monthly open houses
- 📞 Convert leads into appointments
- 🎤 Practice scripts weekly
- 🤗 Join team events
- 📅 Attend weekly coaching and training
- 🏡 Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market properties
- 💡 Use expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- Motivated sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit
- Skilled at building relationships and identifying client needs
- Experienced in lead generation and prospecting
- Confident in handling objections
- Clear communicator who genuinely cares
- Team player
- Holds a valid real estate license (required to join)
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Organized and time-efficient

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
